Women's Health

Support for women’s health & all people who menstruate

Women’s health issues, and the health issues of people who menstruate, are wide-ranging over our lifetime from the simple to the complex. However, with the right expertise and support, a real difference is possible.

Commonly Presenting Women’s Health Issues

Naturally Balanced Healthcare is diversity-friendly and offers hormone and menstrual support that is inclusive of all genders and the LGBTQIA+ community.

I encourage women, and people who menstruate, to be proactive with their health and not settle for their ‘normal’ if it’s affecting their day-to-day life. Please book a consultation, as change is possible.

How integrative naturopathy helps

Women’s health, and the health of people who menstruate, is not isolated to our menstrual cycles. Our hormones and microbiome balance play an important role in the health of our body and mind with how we feel and function every day.

Integrative naturopathy considers your unique health history, blood or functional test results, nutrition, diet, lifestyle and microbiome balance to understand the underlying cause of any hormone imbalances impacting the menstrual cycle, microbiome balance, moods and levels of pain.

When necessary, I work alongside standard western medical treatments, taking care to avoid possible interactions with pharmaceutical medications.

What to expect

All consultations begin with a detailed health history – your story – which provides a clear picture of the current state of your hormonal, menstrual and reproductive health and overall wellbeing.

Support for women’s health issues and the health of people who menstruate may include:

Changes to women’s health issues, the health issues of people who menstruate, and overall wellbeing can take place quickly or gradually, depending on your health picture. During consultations, I take this into consideration for expectations that are honest, clear and adaptable to how you live your life.
